KTM 250 350 4 bangers info

For the life of me I can’t get the video to post. It shows the large plastic oil pump gear can flex and drop between the clutch basket and drive gear. The video is posted on ktmtalk.com but you have to join to see it. I tried linking it but it won’t let me. I’ll keep trying.

Yep ktm have got some engine issues on the newer motors. I'd be looking at swapping out the plastic gears for the updated parts. 350 has had a fair lot of failures with plastic parts melting.

Frank, the Beta 4T's have this issue too but more wearing out than flexing...the drive to lower the weight is getting a bit ridiculous l think!!!
