There are two spots that have opened up due to last minute cancellations. If anyone is interested in them contact Dave on highcountryride@amtra.com.au.

I will try and find the flatest ground possible. I'll be staying away so I don't keep you lot up with my snoring. :D

See you all there.

CTB - I know you can't ride but if you still wanted to come along you could, we would be able to find something to occupy you during the ride time. Get in touch with me if interested.

Hey hey Matt
Great idea I reakon. . Can't speak for CTB yet but I am onto him. Think he should still come anyway. . We didn't realize he could still play a role instead of sitting home. . He is still a Dirtrider, injured or not and I know he was REALLY looking forward to the HCR...

Thanks MattR. I really appreciate the offer for me to still come up but I'm just not up to it yet. If it was another week or 2 away i might have still come. Will have to wait for next year and do my first HCR then. Have a great weekend...CTB

Started moving all the stuff for the weekend from the shed to the garage ready to go on the ute for an early(ish) departure on Friday-geez I really do take too much shit away to these weekends. Half of it is spares and stuff that there is no way known I think I could need but know that others are often looking for bits over the weekend :) Cant wait-who will be there for a cruisy Friday arvo ride?

I just looked up where it is :o 5 hr drive from my house! hoping to leave by 10am so we will be doing a late arvo ride.

Well I am off in a few hours. Just remember to take it easy on the road in, it can get a bit tight and there are a few blind corners. There is a good chance of someone coming the other way, especially during the day with people going out for a ride.

Hope to meet as many as I can when you are there.

CTB, hope you recover well and get back out on the bike soon.

Mat R.
